When clicking the lock icon, nothing happens on the page.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://tessera.wikimedia.org/dashboards/2/varnish-http-errors' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://tessera.wikimedia.org/api/preferences/'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
