Tea time seems to be social/philosophical, and our grooming and weekly planning meetings are already filled with task management.
Try to figure out either a meeting or email process to create some space for nuts-and-bolts work stuff. Perhaps a weekly "TPG staff meeting"
With weekly 1 hour Tea Times, would it be an option to re-purpose every other Tea Time to be a Staff Meeting? Alternatively, could the weekly meeting be 30 mins staff and 30 mins of Tea Time?
Since we've agreed to try using existing meeting time for this, can we close this ticket?
