Like we sorta already do? We update to a stable commit that has been set prior to the upgrade at which Sprint and all the other extensions are updated to be compatible. That's what this task is for, tracking everything that will be fixed on 7/8.
What is the target phabricator SHA-1 for the upgrade tomorrow? Also, are you also pulling libphutil from master or stable? It is unclear how upstream syncs a breaking master commit that requires a stable libphutil branch update, but this is something to be aware of. I would assume that stable phabricator and stable libphutil are always synched.

Since it seems not possible to obtain details on the weekly upgrade plans with any advance notice, I will just always test against master. This ensures that upcoming breaking changes will be dealt with and extension fixes merged before the upgrade happens. Extension fixes will always note the tested against Phabricator SHA-1 in the commit message for reference.
Anyway, it looks like redesign-2015 was merged into master on Sunday July 5. ( 7cc8a73d1efdf1cebba54002c79a40c0048298c2 ). So, this simplifies things from my perspective.
Against the latest master commit Jul 8 (980f22d97d64adf5b1ed9db923d0e487647182ba) , no problems noted with Sprint related stuff. So, there will not be a Sprint update this week.
@mmodell it seems that the header colour has been changed from dark blue back to black please could you change it again.
