"Fatal Error: Database query failed" for Related Changes tool - MySQL down?

Description

I wasn't able to find an open task for this, sorry if one already exists, but it's been several days now that the related changes tool (http://tools.wmflabs.org/erwin85/relatedchanges.php) doesn't work.

It reports a warning about MySQL errors and it says "Fatal Error: Database query failed." when you try to use it.

This tool was extremely important to patrollers, maybe developing a new one as an alternative would be a good idea.

Now it's working again; don't know if @Erwin (Erwin) or others did something about it. I'll re-open it if the problem returns.
