Pywikibot should include a single command that runs a series of checks against any wiki to perform a health check, with an option to automatically fix them. Like 'fsck' for filesystems. A task that any wiki maintainer can run daily in a crob job to ensure their wiki is in good health, and read the cron job email to look for issues which need manual fixing.
