Several issues have been filed about globally banning specified domains from sending emails into any mailing lists as they cause large scale issues for many different lists.
This is a umbrella task for the domains as there is a feature in mailman v3 for it. This allows tracking of any progress to be centralised instead of spread out among multiple issues which different people cc'd and answering within loops.
Extending scope of this to also include -owners. Will need to look into this as a mailman version 3 feature or have it built upon the infrastructure.
Mailman 3 should handle this in some-way including -owners eventually.
I'm declining this because anti-spam settings have changed in the meantime that it appears that these specific domains are no longer an issue. That said, I expect we have better tools to fight spam in mailman3 so if there are other domains that are problematic, please file specific tasks for them.
