Description

The goal is to make the availability of the gom-latn interface language more prominent for users (at least those who can use ULS).

@Nemo_bis During our code review process, Nikerabbit noted they don't like "the inconsistency this introduces compared to other Wikipedias" and would like to get more information "to judge whether it is worth it", either locally, either "for all wikis".

Would you have some thoughts about that?

This task introduces an divergence between gom. and other Wikipedias project, not resolved.

Lack of consensus for this feature. We would need a way to be more coherent with other Wikimedia projects (see also comments on Gerrit).
