A suggestion for translating an article "previous versions" page?

Description

When opening an "version history" page of a Hebrew Wikipedia article, there is a grey link under "languages" tab. When clicking on it, it suggests to translate the page to english, regardless of the multilangual links of the article itself.

This bug happens only in the hebrew wikipedia.
