Can you elaborate on this? My idea here is that the team together comes up with a plan for the next quarter for how our zero-results rate should improve over time. This will help us avoid waiting too long to scrutinize our progress, and will position us for continuous awareness.

I really like the idea of establishing a target, and although we could establish a target, practically speaking given the way we work the target would be pretty meaningless.
