Description

There was a bogus e-mail notification sent out, see below.
Both the mentioned (user) page and the associated talk page have been unaltered for quite long, and there were no modifications or new revisions at the date / time mentioned according to the page history.
Here the e-mail:

The MediaWiki page User:Purodha has been changed on 13 July 2015 by
Krenair, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Purodha for the current
revision.

Editor's summary: Removing users from SVN admin and coder groups, see

I think this is a dupe of a long standing bug about MediaWiki sending misleading emails when you perform an action against a user (page) which doesn't go into the page history.
