The list of "Most viewed pages" indeed shows them, however it only displays the name of the page without honouring the namespace it is located in, e. g. a page called "Hello World!" in the project namespace will be shown in the list as "Hello World!" but will not link to "Project:Hello World!". Thus one gets red links linking to a non-existend page in the main namespace. See also the screenshot attached.
