Description

The issue is noticed by Pginer-WMF (see the comment on T104514).

Two cases:

Reload Flow board page - the ToC disappears while a page content is loaded.
Change the sorting order - e.g. from "newest topics" to "recently active topics" the ToC also disappears -for a moment.

The patch fixed the 'jump' of the content. The ToC disappears when the content is reloaded, or its ordering is reloaded.
