Description

The .mw-translate-helplink-wrapper help link in Special:PageTranslation clobbers the "Pages proposed for translation" header.

Removing float: right; from .mw-translate-helplink-wrapper fixes the display issue, but may not be the complete desirable cosmetic fix.
