Suggestions in the link inspector not shown when text is a line above or below the translated paragraph

The link inspector allows to add a link. To facilitate that process, suggestion based on the links present in the source paragraph are shown. However, that does not work if the user creates content above or below the existing paragraph in the translation.

When several paragraphs map a single one in the source, that source paragraph should be used to extract the links suggested for any of the translation paragraphs that map to it.

Content Translation version 2 should solve this kind of issues. Version 2 does not suggests links in the same way, we'll consider this behaviour as part of the corresponding card.
