Until infoboxes are supported (T102964), we may want to provide some way to reuse the main image they usually contain.
One way could be to get the main image of the article through the API, and check if it is present in the source article. If it is not (means that it is on an infobox or other template we cannot process), then we can show it as the initial element in the source article to be added to the translation.
