Some in-progress translations may be left without the users being able to return to them. We can filter the list of in-progress translations in the following way:
- Ignore those created very recently (users may still be working on them)
- Ignore those for articles already published (they may be part of the process of re-publish and update).
- Ignore those from users who had published translations before (they know how to do it)
- For the rest, measure from which entry point they were created, the number of edits users have, and other information we may consider relevant.
That will allow to identify the in-progress translations that users may not be able to continue, how they get there and which kinds of users may having these issues.
