Since upgrading payments.wikimedia.org to 1.25 (T94528) the footer images are missing (404):

poweredby_mediawiki is still missing. Even though we don't actually show it in the footer, it still causes a 404 in the browser console (which I suppose we can't solve without hacking on the skin)

weird, resources/assets/poweredby_mediawiki_88x31.png definitely exists in the repo and on the deploy server, but https://payments.wikimedia.org/resources/assets/poweredby_mediawiki_88x31.png is a 404. @Jgreen, is there anything in the server config that might be responsible?

I think it's the proxy layer, we allow only access to known URLs. I'll deploy a fix in a minute.
