Currently we have wikiproject modules. We should also have submodules that can be nested within other modules. Maybe all we need to do for that is just transclude them, but we need to make sure whatever is done will remain simple and well-structured and crap.
This in particular applies to the tasks modules - each chunk of tasks may be its own submodule, where you have suggestbot as one, wikidata feed of missing articles as another, requests as another maybe?

Is the idea that a WikiProject can sign up for specific submodules while signing up for a module?
Yeah. Maybe just make them loadable the same way as the mainpage or something fancy.
