From a TPG group discussion, we agreed that these pages (glossary, best practices) may carry a sense of authority or consensus from TPG that is not intended. We should mark them so that nobody mistakes them for what they are not.

One solution would be the addition of the {{draft}} template to indicate that they are works in progress. However, this is not wholly accurate as they are not temporary; TPG may never decide to promote certain best practices authoritatively. Could use a more specific disclaimer - see related task.
