Description:
When I try to edit a wiki in the german version as a looged
in user at the top (that is important: at the top, not in
a subitem), I only get the offer to download the index.php
file.
In the english version all works fine.
This happens using different browsers (opera 9.1, firefox
2.0.0.1 and ie 7.0).
