Testing locally, I noticed a notification:

LQT 01 2/LQT Archive 1 was linked from LQT 01 2.

This is from the header linking to the archive page (the archive page is originally the LQT page where useliquidthreads:1 was).

This should be low impact, since it only happens if both the source and destination are content namespace pages (I.E. mostly article namespace, with certain exceptions on some WMF wikis).

In practice, I think this means most links in both LQT (since it's coming from Thread namespace) and Flow (coming from Topic namespace except for the header) are ignored.

I would like to suppress the header notification too (either completely or just email), which is the point of this bug, but it's a little annoying because Echo uses wgUser, so it's 127.0.0.1 except for Special:EnableFlow.
