Does this refer to the "In other languages"/دیگر زبانیں section in the sidebar, where the two first links are العربية and فارسی ?
I have no problems to click them and they bring me to the right page. I'm using Firefox 39 and I'm logged in. Do you have any specific non-standard gadgets or user scripts enabled? Is there any output on your browser's developer console (which browser do you use)?

Could you please provide exact steps to reproduce the problem, and also a screenshot? Please see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug . Thanks!

On a probably unrelated note (not to be discussed in this bug report): Looking at the output of the browser's developer console, there is an error on that page anyway that should get fixed by some Urdu community member in https://ur.wikipedia.org/wiki/میڈیاویکی:Gadget-QEditor/core.js who maintains that on-wiki code. The error is ReferenceError: txtMinorEdit is not defined

Please provide clear steps to reproduce, so anybody else could just follow these steps and see the same problem. Also, please answer the previous questions.
