https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Engineering_Community_Team#Regular_activities was documented recently, but it already needs improvement in two ways:

The workflows must be defined by goal more than by space. Why do we do this regular work?
Let's update the list considering T98358: WMF to integrate, consolidate, and pause or stop stalled initiatives and T104343: Goal: Evolve Engineering Community team into Developer Relations team, fixing missing workflows, overlaps with other teams, and things that we simply prefer not to focus on.
