Description

Both reading and writing (editing while logged in) I think. We probably already have a 'edit while logged in' flow for our other wiki tests, perhaps just reuse them? Or if we don't care enough about editing being broken just do reading.

The enwiki login and edit check is 30k points a month and the read check is 21k points a month.

and -static?

This is already pretty expensive, not sure if we need it for static.

To note - we want it in catchpoint only if we care about bringing up actual numbers - icinga for just alerting.

@mark has approved doing a simple http 200 check for wikitech.

Looks like this is done already.
