Description

Get the script that generates VE burnup reports working in Labs so that it runs daily and automatically.

Test shell access
- Prerequisites? Python, R, Postgres, specific libraries
- Execute VE script
- Compare timing to laptop timing (>1 hr+)
- Add auto-downloading of Phabricator dump
- Output is stable and can be referenced by URL
Follow up on Mukundu's suggestion of puppetizing
Automate for daily operation
- AFTER dump is updated
