Description

The UTF-8 database is out of sync in the current SVN. Trying to enter the wiki
after setup gives: "1146: Table 'mediawiki.page_restrictions' doesn't exist
(localhost)". This issue is probably present in both files in
phase3\maintenance\mysql5\

DB schema updates for MySQL 5

Please find attached database schema updates for MySQL based on
maintenance/tables.sql revision 19620. Whitespace was also updated.
