Cancel button does not appear for Citoid's citation dialog (on Mobile) until you switch to another tab inside it

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Now click on Cite from the toolbar

Observed Result:

Observe that, the "Cancel" button is not appearing on top left corner of the dialog and it appears when you switch to another tab inside citation dialog.

this issue is particularly problematic for mobile VE as there is no way for user to know how to close this dialog unless they switch to other tab as opposed to desktop where you can just click outside the dialog and it closes it
