ParserFunctions error message localisation

Description

Only some of the error messages for ParserFunctions can be translated through
the MediaWiki namespace. The messages defined in ParserFunctions.php existsin
that namespace and are listed on Special:Allmessages. But the messages from
Expr.php are not on Special:Allmessages and can not be localised. I think all
the messages should be localisable.
