Issues with wiki content must go on-wiki.

Hi @Yurivict. Thanks for taking the time to report this.

Seems like this has been the case for ages. That page is locked, so anybody with sufficient permissions can edit that on-wiki code in https://en.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=Wiktionary:Main_Page&action=edit

Phabricator/Maniphest is used for MediaWiki, MediaWiki extensions, or server configuration. You could contact anybody who has edited that page in the recent past to fix the problem.

Closing as INVALID here in Phabricator as this is a matter to fix on the local wiki and currently not handled in Phabricator/Maniphest.
