One downloads, untars, and does cd mediawiki-1.9.0, and sees a
Makefile, and as a habit when offered candy by strangers, just does
$ make
make: *** No rule to make target Test.php', needed by test'. Stop.

So at least put comments in that Makefile about what it's all about.
