The Service Level Understanding work with VE team addresses an issue from the VE process review:
Consulting stakeholders have difficulty engaging with VE’s development. Arthur pointed out that we should have some metrics for this, such as a before and after survey.
- Develop survey
- figure out how to differentiate between SLU work and any other relevant interventions
- administer survey to pre-SLU stakeholders
- administer survey to post-SLU stakeholders
- report on results
