If I understand your ask correctly, these are my backlogs on the Android board:

Bug Backlog
Tech Debt Backlog
Product Backlog

And also these backlog-like columns:

Needs Triage
Open Questions/Discussion
Tracking

Sprints use the "Done" column, and are numbered 52 through 63.

The iOS board has these backlogs:

Bug Backlog
Engineering Backlog
Product Backlog

And also these backlog-like columns:

Needs Triage
Needs Design
Needs Acceptance Criteria
Tracking

Those above four lead to:

Needs Estimation

Which leads to the iOS dev board backlogs:

Ready for Development

"Done" columns:

Ready for PM Signoff
Released

"Ready for PM Signoff" has recently been designated the "done" column, where completed tasks (that is, reviewed by the PM/PO) are marked "Resolved." "Resolved" tickets are moved to the "Released" column in batches, to coincide with releases. The iOS sprint boards also use "Done," and number 52 through 59.

Notes from review: Android has 15 sprints, each sprint is a new project.

iOS, data is not yet reliable.

Names are wildcardable; shifted the naming convention a few weeks ago. Current template is Mobile App Android Sprint #1.

Have a definition of maint fract; tracking has been mostly complete, using worktype tags. Some stuff on existing boards, especially iOS Kanban, that was not tagged.

JAufrecht subscribed.

New charts are up for Android. I guess I'll make a separate task for iOS. Please review http://phlogiston.wmflabs.org/and.html.

Met with Joel, reviewed link above. Joel took his own notes, but here are my takeaways (having failed to take notes):

  • I'll talk with the Android PO about these charts, what is useful, and what they'd like to see.
  • Joel will look to sort the inconsistently-named sprints. Failing that, I'll retroactively change the older ones to match the new convention.
  • Joel will create updated charts, including maintenance fraction data.
