[WMDE Internal] [Bug] new data sets are not connecting to the parent category in data pump

Description

Three newly added data sets are not connecting to the parent category. It might have something to do with the english translation of the content. Data sets should be connected to the parent category. Also identify the source of the problem.

It has something to do with the english translation: There is none. In order to display the data sets (data pump-wise) in the English language version of the application, an English data set (SMW-wise) has to be created. I'll talk to the maintaining team and update the documentation.
