I assume you are talking about the credit line. The background is #f5f5f5, the font color is #555555, the font size is 0.85em which on my laptop resolves to 14px. That's a contrast level of 6.84:1 which passes WCAG AA and comes very close to passing AAA. For links (#0645ad) the contrast level is 7.82:1.
