"Edit details" is enabled on the first, but disabled on the second (for non-administrators). It should be disabled in both places.

Wondering if this is a problem about restricted Joinable By instead of uneditable projects, in combination with having no workboard. Didn't quickly find a project in upstream with the same conditions to compare with.

There is a good chance this won't happen anymore once the new Projects design is in place soon.
Worth to retest after T120013 is fixed.

Seems to have been fixed by the project changes.
