Mobile VE, missing scrollbar in cite menu

Description

When using mobile version of VE, I see that clicking on the menu of cite miss behave in the following:

Clicking on the cite menu opens the keyboard
There is no scrollbar or other indication for the editor about options below in the cite menu
The cursor position appear above (z-order) the cite menu
