Description

There is no comfortable way to move to the next paragraph in Special:ContentTranslation using the keyboard.

The only way I can see to go to the next paragraph is to click it using the mouse.

I can't see that I can get there using the Enter key, which is the usual way to go to a next new paragraph in most word processors. I'm not sure, however, that Enter is the totally right way to do it:

In general, CX is not a usual word processor.
In a usual paragraph Enter is probably not needed - it's one paragraph in source, so it should be one paragraph in translation. Although some translators may want to insert a paragraph before the next translatable paragraph (some people asked for it, but it's not a high-prio issue).
In numbered and bullet lists, however, the Enter key is essential for adding an item.

Maybe it could be Tab, or some key combination. This requires some design thought.

Enter behaving like on regular word processing context provides freedom for users to rearrange the content while translating (e.g., creating a manual translation above or below the initial template). So I'd not recommend using enter for automatically moving to the next paragraph.

I'd consider the use of up and down arrows instead. Once the user gets to the end of a paragraph, moving down moves the cursor to the beginning of the new one. Similarly, the up arrow at the top of a paragraph will allow to move to the one above.
That is consistent with word processing context that users are familiar with and allows to move both up and down the document just with the keyboard.

High priority in terms of product. This is one of the most common complaints in real life meetings with CX users.

It's not urgent, but it is important for going out of beta. If this can be handled along with the VE transition, it would be nice, but not essential for the VE MVP.
