Description

We're going to start restructuring the Web-Team-Backlog backlog into the respective software projects (mobile tasks to MobileFrontend, gather tasks to Gather, etc, we have a lot of software projects now) but https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/herald/rule/27/ is making it impossible for me.

Can we disable it? I don't have enough super powers.

We're going to try triaging by priority across projects with saved queries and planning sprints searching across projects by priority with another saved query.
