Description

Sometimes a user might not like the articles in there - maybe it was something random - maybe they don’t want it in there for some other reason.

Remove a section as a whole ("Don't show me $section_description")

Design

M110 Overflow menu for cards

For version 1 this should be implemented only for Read More sections, and not other types of sections. We will address other sections with future iterations.

@Fjalapeno @Mhurd IMO there are two options:

Add a isBlacklistedOnExplore property on MWKHistoryListEntry and MWKSavedPageEntry
Make feed sections/items persistent, and remove them (more technical work)

We can go w/ option 1 for now, but I think option 2 is more about where we're going long-term (caching, scroll offset stability/persistence).
