The usage of the Topic namespace, needs to be clarified via T72595: Flow: Standardize the usage of the Topics namespace (in Contributions, Watchlist, RecentChanges) vs. the master namespace (e.g. article talk or Wikipedia_talk), and whether Topic is needed in dropdown menus
