Make revisiondelete not create a log entry if the deletion did not succeeed

Description

I tried to hide the current revision of a page, and as such the action failed. However, MediaWiki still created a log for that "deletion".

It should create a log entry only if there was indeed something deleted.

Just tried to do this on the beta cluster - no log generated. Please reopen if this is still an issue
