Description

Currently, @bearND and @Dbrant can access scb100x and restart the MobileApps service. However, their team has decided that @Mholloway should be the back-up deployer and contact person instead of @Dbrant (cf. T105538: New Service Request mobileapps and T109855: Add bsitzmann and mholloway as deployers for the MobileApps service).

We are asking to replace dbrant with mholloway in mobileapps-admin.
