Well, the source is |rowspan="1!| 1985 || ''[[Night Heat]]'' || Harder || 1 episode - ''Ancient Madness''. It should have been "1", but was probably mistyped as "1!, which is not a valid string inside double quotes, and it's interpreted as as a string without quotes, and the opening double quote is escaped to ", after which you have 1!. In other words, garbage in garbage out. It's a bit surprising that the rendering in the the source and the target is actually correct ;)
