Make new translation strings for WMF-specific ed dashboard UI

Description

I want to mobilize translators of the WMF Education Dashboard. We can design the new interface strings and publish them for translation, before the feature has been fully coded. In fact, doing this in advance is a wise move.

The Wiki Ed Dashboard has a message group on translatewiki.net here:
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?group=wikiedudashboard&filter=%21translated&action=translate

These messages can show up under the same message group as the WEF-branded strings, because the intention is that the generic language can also be used in the WEF version of the dashboard.

This task is blocked by:

  • Identify all of the messages in the Wiki Ed Dashboard message group that should have Wikimedia-specific language and come up with the alternative language.

@AndyRussG asked me to illustrate how the interfaces would need to change for the different program types. These show where language should be changed and education features should be struck. Where not noted, "course" should become "program", "school" "institution", "instructor" "organizer, and "students" "participants".
