Just at the right of the big "Vancouver" there is a blue span [edit|edit source] which in my opinion should not be there:

@Nicolas_Raoul I'm unable to replicate this - where are you seeing it?

Is it possible you have a gadget or some beta feature enabled that does that?

It does not appear anymore :-)

I just had it again.

It is shown only immediately after you edit a page. Refreshing makes it disappear.

Jdlrobson set Security to None.

I have found the reason.
pagebanner is incompatible with the gadget "Add an [edit] link for the lead section of a page" in Preferences.
Disabling this gadget fixes the problem.
