Description

I will really appreciate if the Visual Editor could remember the last option that I used to search text (with Control+F): regex or text.

It is a minor improvement, so I have changed the priority to "lowest"

Made slightly more complicated because this is a core feature, where we don't have access to mw.user.options. Might be a good idea to abstract out user options...
