Description

The code to create a navigation subtitle as in http://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter is not documented ( or out of easy reach ). The code for the same, adding a navigation subtitle for the Newsletter extension is over here : https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/234308/

It needs to be documented for further extension developers
