https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Revers%C3%A3o_e_Avisos
goes to the inexistent page
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Revers%C3%A3o_e_Avisos
instead of the search results. If the same text is typed in the search field on top of the page, the inexistent page is also suggested as an existent page (in bold).

From that bug and this one, I guess it's clear what is happening now. If you have a cross-namespace redirect from the main namespace to another for example, like
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Revers%C3%A3o_e_Avisos&redirect=no
which is redirecting to a page in the 'Wikipédia' namespace,
then the search engine is assuming there is a page named exactly like the redirect in the aforementioned namespace. It is suggesting in the the drop-down menu as well.
