VE's historical data includes a period when all tasks were in the VE project in one list, a period when important tasks were moved to "VE 2014Q1 Blockers"-style projects, and a period when projectcolumns within the VE project group tasks by prioritized milestones. For reporting, all of this must be flattened into one dimension of "category".
