Description

This has come up for users moving from mobile to desktop, because mobile doesn't support VE. When a user who has VE as the editor preference writes a Flow post on the phone, the preference will be set back to wikitext. We should not update the preference in that case.

Checked in mobile(Android/iOS) betalabs - the user editing preferences are not changed after edits on mobile devices.
